Nestled within the redwood forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Aranya is a home, sanctuary, and place of practice devoted to cultivating a deeper relationship with Nature.

Through contemplative practice, embodied awareness, botanical relationship, creative expression, and communal gatherings, we invite a return to the roots of what it means to be human.

We believe that tending to our inner lives and caring for the world around us are not separate endeavors. As we learn to listen, give care, and live in greater relationship with the Earth, we participate in foresting a future for generations yet to come; Our Work starts Within the Home, not without our very Nature that we are, as an integral part of the Forest and the web of life.
